This policy explains what information AI Manga Colorizer processes when you browse the website, colorize an image, or contact us. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to support@ai-manga-colorizer.online.

Information we process

Images and results. You may select one PNG, JPEG, or WebP image of up to 10 MB. The batch workspace accepts up to 20 images, up to 100 MB total. The PDF workspace opens one PDF up to 30 MB locally and renders up to 20 selected pages into images in your browser; the original PDF is not uploaded. Selecting an image creates a preview in your browser. The image is sent to our server and to Replicate only when you choose Colorize with AI or Start coloring. We receive a prediction identifier, status, and result link so the editor can show and download the output. The editor does not save your input or output image to a site account or image gallery.

Website and device data. Our hosting, security, and analytics services may receive technical data such as your IP address, browser, device, referring page, pages viewed, and timestamps. The site uses Plausible analytics and may use other configured analytics or support tools. These tools help us understand traffic, troubleshoot errors, and keep the service available.

Messages you send. If you email support or use an available chat tool, we receive the contact details and message content you provide. Please avoid sending sensitive information, passwords, or full payment-card numbers.

Account, credits, and payment data. An account is required to use coloring credits. We store your account identifier, email address, credit transactions, and coloring prediction identifiers to provide the service and prevent duplicate charges. If you use Creator checkout, we store the selected plan, order identifier, payment status, subscription identifier, and related Waffo webhook events. Waffo processes payment details; we do not ask you to send us a full payment-card number.

How images are handled

Our server sends the selected image to Replicate to run the DDColor model and returns the result to your browser. The result is available through a temporary link; download it promptly if you want to keep it. Replicate states that API prediction inputs, outputs, output files, and logs are removed after one hour by default. That is Replicate's policy and may change independently of this site.

We do not use images submitted through this editor to build a public gallery. Avoid submitting confidential artwork if third-party processing is unsuitable for it.

Why we use information

We use information to provide image colorization and downloads, respond to support requests, protect against abuse, maintain and improve the website, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Information may be handled by our hosting and security providers, Replicate for requested AI processing, analytics providers for site measurement, and support or payment providers when those features are used. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the service and its users. Providers may process data in other countries under their own policies and safeguards.

Cookies and local storage

The site or enabled third-party tools may use cookies or similar browser storage for essential operation, security, authentication, analytics, or support. The manga editor's local preview is not saved to your browser's local storage. You can control cookies through your browser settings, although some features may then work differently.

Retention and security

Browser previews, PDF documents, and saved batch results are held in memory for the current page session and are cleared when you reset, refresh, leave, or close the page. ZIP and PDF exports are assembled locally from completed images. An already submitted model task may continue after you leave the page. We do not operate a persistent image library for this editor. Replicate's API retention is described above. Operational logs, analytics data, and support messages may be retained for different periods as needed for their purposes and by the relevant provider. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

You can choose not to submit an image, remove a preview before processing, or stop using the site. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to object to certain processing. Email support@ai-manga-colorizer.online with enough detail to identify your request. We may need to verify it before responding. Because the editor does not maintain an image account, we may not be able to retrieve an image after its temporary processing data has expired.

Children

The service is not intended for children who cannot legally consent to use an online service in their location. Do not submit a child's personal information without the authority to do so.
