This policy explains how to request help with a Creator subscription charge or an unexpected payment.

Test checkout and real payments

Waffo test checkout uses simulated payments and does not charge a real card or add Creator credits. If production checkout is enabled, Creator Monthly is $9.90 per month for 20 credits per billing cycle, and Creator Yearly is $72 per year for 240 credits per billing cycle. A one-time Credit Pack costs $14.90 for 25 credits, valid for 12 months after payment, without auto-renewal. The amount and billing frequency are shown before confirmation.

If you see an unexpected charge

Check the merchant name and purchase receipt first. If the charge appears to relate to AI Manga Colorizer, email support@ai-manga-colorizer.online with the charge date, amount, merchant name, and any order or transaction reference. We will review the information available to us and explain the next step. Do not email your full card number, password, or other sensitive payment credentials.

If the charge was made through another merchant or payment provider, that provider may need to handle the refund directly. Your bank or card issuer can also help with an unrecognized charge.

Refund and cancellation requests

Email support@ai-manga-colorizer.online with your order reference, payment date, amount, and the reason for your request. We will review the payment and credit usage, coordinate with the payment provider where needed, and respond with the available next steps. To request cancellation of a subscription's future renewals, contact the same address. Any non-excludable refund or cancellation rights under applicable law continue to apply. We do not promise an automatic refund period or a refund for credits already used.
